Instructions of use
Dissolve one sachet (20g), equivalent to 1 portion, in 250 ml fresh water. Disperse the powder with a whisk or shaker until completely dissolved. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before use, preferably 30 minutes before exercise.
Consume immediately after preparation. No other preparation method is recommended. Do not freeze.
