Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs), also known as “chaperone” proteins, have the essential function of protecting the body and repairing proteins damaged by physiological stress (physical, thermal, infectious shock...) or psychological stress. What are pullulan plant-based gelcaps?
Pullulan is an all-natural polysaccharide (carbohydrate polymer) obtained by fermenting tapioca or cornstarch, using a strain of fungus (Aureobasidium pullulans). In addition to its 100% plant-based composition, its production requires no chemical additives.
