What is ÉQUILIBRE ONAGRE PREMIUM?
Evening primrose oil, whose fruit seeds are rich in a particular omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, GLA or gamma-linolenic acid.
Although it is widely recognized that excess intake of omega-6 fatty acids contributes to numerous physiological disorders and can have an impact on a number of chronic diseases, GLA has very specific characteristics that differ from those of other omega-6 fatty acids.
It enables the synthesis of another specific fatty acid: DGLA (or dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid), itself a precursor to the synthesis of series 1 prostaglandins (to the detriment of series 2).
Evening primrose oil also contains linoleic acid and oleic acid (omega 9). -

We recommend taking 3 capsules a day. -
