What is ÉQUILIBRE Vitamin B9 PREMIUM?
Folic acid, or vitamin B9, plays an essential role in the production of genetic material (DNA, RNA) and the amino acids required for cell growth, which explains why it is so indispensable at every stage of life. It plays an important role in the formation of red blood cells, the functioning of the nervous system (synthesis of neurotransmitters) and the immune system. It is necessary for the production of new cells, making it particularly important during periods of intense metabolic activity such as childhood, adolescence and pregnancy (fetal development).
