What is SOMMEIL ÉQUILIBRE ?
SOMMEIL ÉQUILIBRE is made up of melatonin, the sleep hormone that helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and helps to reduce the effects of jet lag. Saffron extract promotes relaxation and magnesium bisglycinate combined with vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system. -
Instructions of use
It is advisable to take 1 capsule a day, to be swallowed 15 minutes before bedtime to have the desired effect. Take occasionally over a 1 month period of treatment.

You can open up the capsules and pour the contents into a glass of water, fruit juice, compote or yogurt. -
